We last seen Mario breaking Luigi's heart as the rest of the crew preparing of their big battle. 

In this latest episode the battle begins with Mac getting in some hot water after infiltrating Bowser HQ. Also kirby discovers some electrifying powers with some help from Pikachu. We also learned that Mario and the Princess make a great team.
