
Wanted in New York: The Mystery Woman Behind the Tool Theft
New York State Police are seeking your help in identifying a suspect in a tool theft case. Do you know this person?

On Friday July 18th, according to a post on the New York State Police Facebook page, Troopers in Endwell, NY started an investigation into the case of a woman that allegedly stole tools from a Home Depot in Union, NY.
The female pictured below was seen inside Home Depot on Main Street in the town of Union at approximately 8:30pm. This woman was observed placing several tools into a shopping cart.
The female pictured above passed all points of sale without attempting to pay for the items. An employee attempted to stop the woman, but she claimed the items were paid for by a friend, which was later discovered to be untrue.
The female was last seen getting into a burgundy-colored SUV with an unknown license plate and drove toward the village of Johnson City, NY. Troopers have made numerous attempts to find the female but have been unable to. Anyone with information is asked to contact New York State Police at 607-561-7400, reference case NY2500639954.
