The suspect that the Saratoga Springs Police Department are looking for is 34-year-old Theresa Travis. Travis is described to have blonde hair, blue eyes and a piercing on her upper lip known as a Monroe piercing.

Again, 34-year-old Theresa Travis is suspected of a hit and run accident with a member of the Saratoga Springs Police Department. The vehicle Travis is thought to be driving is a blue Dodge Caravan with New York license plate HFS9550.
