Terrence M. Lee is wanted on multiple warrants from multiple jurisdictions including Albany and Rensselaer Counties. Lee, also known as "King Banks", was last known to be residing in the Troy, New York area.

Possession of a Forged Instrument 4th in New York is when a person knowingly uses a forged instrument, written document or computer program with the intent to defraud, deceive or injure another.
