ChatGPT Is Now Able To Remember All Information From Users

If you've considered using ChatGPT you may want to think of other options. The artificial intelligence company is keeping tabs on all of us.

Have you ever thought about a question and said, "I wonder if AI could give me a good answer to this?" you are not alone. They estimate that 122.6 million people use ChatGPT every day for a variety of reasons.

You may have noticed recently an influx of people posting their artificial intelligence created action figures or dolls on social media. That was a ChatGPT thing, and there are two things wrong with it that I noticed. First, in order to fully create the action figure you need to sign up for $20 a month. Second, you have to give them an incredible amount of very personal information. Looks like there was a reason for that.

In the latest update from OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT, they rolled out a HUGE memory update. It makes it so that ChatGPT can now recall almost all the conversations that you've had with it, including personal details. If that doesn't scare the heck out of you I don't know what does.

Remember when we found out the makers of Pokemon Go were using it the basically create a gigantic world map? This is way worse.

We are now going to have artificial intelligence remembering some very personal details about us and maybe there are some things you don't want archived on the internet forever.

I use the example of the action figures because I saw so many from the Capital Region and beyond using it for fun. The amount of details and personal info you needed to give it in order to create was astonishing. Daily habits, the clothing you wear, your hobbies. You can't tell me with all that information they won't be trying to sell it so that they can target you for ads or worse, incriminate you or use that information against you.

Just be careful about what you put on the internet because you don't know who is tracking you or who ight be listening.
