So. Much. Time. Wasted.

Are these still made? Back before the internet, word based communication came on a medium known as paper. When many papers were bound together, we called it a 'book'. These 'books' were not just for words. Pictograms could also be used.

My favorite pictographic book as a child was Where's Waldo. Thinking back, 'books' and the internet were used in exactly the same way. First I would use the book to find Waldo, then I would show all my friends, proving I was the smartest because I had found him, and ruining their experience at finding him.

Rooster Teeth have not really found a solution for, but have modernized the Where's Waldo experience via audio books. I want to buy these so badly and play them in my car whenever I drive people around.

Hopefully the same kind of thinking can be applied to Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego. Has anyone checked California at all?
