Take a look at the picture below of the World's Largest Skateboard, located in New York's Hudson Valley. This skateboard tops the previous record holder by nearly 2 and one-half feet. Yes, this isn't the only huge skateboard in the United States, but it is the largest.

Do you remember the television show Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory? According to California Skateparks, the previous record holder of the World's Largest Skateboard was a board built for the tv show in 2009.

The Dyrdek board, certified by Guinness World Records in 2010, measures 36 feet 7 inches long, 8 feet 8 inches wide, 3 feet 7.5 inches tall, and weighs over 3,600 pounds. Wait until you see the one that calls Saugerties, NY home.

The World's Largest Functional Skateboard can be found at 441 Malden Turnpike in Saugerties, NY. This massive board is roughly 39 feet in length and was created by Artist John Kahn and local skaters.

The Saugerties board was previously 34 feet but was expanded to 39 feet to regain the title of the world's largest. This board is 2 and one-half times longer than the average compact car, and longer than most limousines.
