2013 NBA Playoffs Recap: Spurs Complete Sweep Of Grizzlies, 93-86, Advance To NBA Finals
Tony Parker scored 37 points, and the San Antonio Spurs beat the Memphis Grizzlies, 93-86, on Monday night to sweep the best-of-seven Western Conference Finals in four games and advance to the NBA Finals. The Spurs broke out to a 10-point lead after one quarter and were able to hold off the Grizzlies in Memphis thanks to Parker's spectacular game.
San Antonio center Tim Duncan had 15 points and eight rebounds as the Spurs qualified for their first NBA Finals since 2007. They'll play the winner of the Miami-Indiana series in Game 1 on June 6.
Quincy Pondexter scored 22 points to lead the Grizzlies, while teammate Zach Randolph scored 13 points and grabbed eight rebounds.
