4 Best School Districts For Sports In The Capital Region

We have a lot of amazing schools here in the Capital Region, many of them academically are amazing. Also, a few excel in sports too.

When I was in high school, we had a pretty good rep in sports. Well, at least football. If I recall correctly two years in a row we went to Syracuse to compete for a state championship. I went to Lansingburgh. I have absolutely no clue how good or bad they are for athletes at the exact moment. I just don't follow high school sports super closely. I know that my alma mater did not make the top 35 list in the state according to NYUP.com.
