Hey Albany, I'm Stephanie, aka Stephanie the Corporate Computer Babe. I work behind-the-scenes on Q103.com from our New York City corporate office, but I visit Albany all the time and rock out to the Q on radioPup when I can't be in town.

Being that I'm so busy, I thought I'd make a video of one of my favorite, easy-to-make recipes for you guys. I may look like a gourmet chef in the kitchen, but don't be intimidated, you guys. I promise this recipe is SO easy, even a cartoon caveman could make it!
