Does Your Restaurant’s Inspection Compliance Matter When You’re Hungry?

News broke on Monday that Albany area restaurants will have to post their 'grade' from the health inspector from now on. Does that effect your decision on where to eat?

Imagine you are heading into your favorite restaurant, and find that they have not complied well with the health inspector. Are you still sitting down for a burger, or going else where?

That's what many Albany area restaurants will be facing now as it's mandatory for them to post their health inspection compliance for all to see.

Of course people want to make sure that their food isn't being made in a dirty kitchen. This could go two ways. It will either hurt local business, or it will make more Albany area restaurants a cleaner, more friendly place.  Lets face it, we all have a place that we know may not be the cleanest, and could work on their customer service.
