Stuck sitting at a computer all day? You knew we are here to help with audio stimulation via our online radio. But what about your eyes? Yes, our Babes page does wonders but how about if your eyes are fatigued? There's actually a simple solution  and it's as simple as blinking.

Researchers say that blinking 20 times in a row every 20 minutes helps with the fatigue you might feel in the day. Also, they say you should look 20 seconds away from the screen and focus on something up to 20 feet away.

It's called the "20-20-20-20" strategy and it was created as a way to help with CVS (computer vision syndrome). The symptoms? Dry and tired eyes, headaches and sore necks and joints. Most of these symptoms are just temporary but researchers say these can lead some people to seek medical help.

The usual suspects effect by CVS are those who spend more than three hours a day in front of a screen at work (well, I spend 8 hours - yikes!). Eye drops before the work day are good to keep the eyes moist but they need a break throughout the day just like the rest of your body.

Just follow the 20-20-20-20 rule to help yourself out. I'll be trying that today right after I hit publish on this story. Try it and leave a comment to let me know if it worked for you during one whole work day.
