Former New York Yankee and MLB All-Star, Pascual Perez, was killed in a robbery at his home today.

Pascual Perez, 55, passed away after suffering a stab wound to his neck in what reports are stating was a home invasion.  Known for his stint with the Yankees, Perez also pitched for the Pirates, Braves and Expos in his career which at one time included a no-hitter and making the all-star squad. Sadly, Perez's career had been cut short by drugs.  In 1992, he failed a drug test while a member of the Yankees and was suspended for the year.

A sad ending for the once troubled Perez.  Well wishes to his family from this longtime Yankee fan.
