Sunday morning things were shaking around Queensbury as a 2.7 magnitude earthquake struck the area.

The USGS National Earthquake Center has confirmed the quake which was originally reported to be 2.3 but later upgraded to 2.7. It happened around 9:33 AM Sunday morning.

No injuries have been reported in connection with the quake but residents from surrounding areas like Glens Falls and Lake George are saying they felt the shakes.
