Grill Your Steak With Lava
Heat metal, apply meat.
There are a lot of ways to cook meat, but none are nearly as bad ass as what's happening at Syracuse University. They have a Lava Project. They're using lava in all sorts of ways. Some for science, some for art, some for awesome.
This is the awesome. A trough of lava is used to cook steaks. Something that is usually seen as a destructive force being used as a tool is what science is all about. I want a contained version of one of these. That's probably the worst idea ever, but it might actually get me to cook.
