Heroes Week at Great Escape: Free Admission for Nurses, EMS, & More

It's Heroes Week at the Great Escape!  That means free admission all week for a lot of hard working people in New York.

July 22 through July 28th is Heroes Week, honoring military, corrections officers, nurses, doctors, EMS and more.  So what does that mean?  Well, if you fit into one of the categories being honored, then you just need to show your occupational identification at the main gate for free admission.  Plus, guests of heroes get admission for kid's pricing.

Even more, the Great Escape is helping to show support this week for Operation Adopt A Soldier.  If you bring a non-perishable item with at least $10 this week (there is a list of acceptable things here), you'll get 50% off of your admission price.  I love seeing service members be honored, and kudos to the Great Escape for hosting another heroes week.  You can get all the official info here.
