This newly 28-year-old was having quite the birthday when she was pulled over and then told the officer she had to poop. The officer discovered a warrant for her arrest which led to a high speed chase, and she was eventually caught.

KFOR reports that twenty-eight-year-old Emily Owings of Enid, Oklahoma was initially pulled over because she wasn't wearing her seatbelt. After being pulled over, the officer realized that she didn't have a valid driver's license OR her insurance card.

In fact, according to KFOR, the only form of identification that she had on her was her medical marijuana card.

After running her info, the officer discovered that Miss Owings was no stranger to interacting with police officers - there was a warrant out for her arrest for fighting an officer.

When the officer informed her that she was being arrested, she took off and a chase ensued. She was eventually apprehended.

While in police custody in the police car, KFOR reports that she asked an officer, "Can I poop in your car, man?"

When police searched Owings' vehicle, they also found a pipe with meth in it.
