It's been a rough few days in the Albany area. We got hammered over the weekend with a little over a foot of snow, and it basically shut the city down.

Adding on to that, everyone had to spend the last two days shoveling snow, which isn't exactly the most enjoyable experience. One Albany bar wants to make it up to you...

Free Drinks at The Copper Crow

It's been exhausting managing the aftermath of this storm, and The Copper Crow knows it, so, the bar has a plan to make you feel a little better, albeit temporarily. Starting on Tuesday, January 27th and running through Wednesday, January 28th, you drink for free!

Kind of. As long as the snow emergency is still in effect, The Copper Crow is offering your first drink of the day free of charge. Sure, we'd all love a full tab, but they still have a business to run.

How to Get Your Free Drink

You can't just walk into The Copper Crow and get a drink, though. You must present the bartender with either a valid drivers license that states you live in the city of Albany, or show them a photo of you shoveling snow.

The Copper Crow is located at 904 Broadway, Albany NY, and will be opening at 4p.m. Their Happy Hour runs until 6 p.m. if you want to get the most bang for your buck. So if you're exhausted from all that shoveling and you need a place to wind down, this is the spot for you.

Thanks to everyone who submitted photos - we enjoyed looking at them! Here are some of our favorites
