Kid Questions Cop Over His Parking Job

This kid is like the Doogie Howser of the law world. While on a normal trip to the convenience store the soon to be the newest member of Tom Anelli's staff (DWI guy), seen a police officer decided to use the side walk as a parking spot. So the junior G man asked two simple questions "Why are you parked on the sidewalk?" and "What is your badge number?". The police officer fail to act and answer the question professionally. Watching this video it's hard to keep in mind who is the adult and who is the child.
