Alexander Dillon is only 23 but he has already racked up 20 driving suspensions in his short history of having a Drivers License - Well, you can make that 21 now.

The Lake George man was found Saturday morning (May 25) around 4:30am driving backwards with a flat front tire on Old Military Road. Police had received reports of a reckless driver on the Northway and after a short time they caught up with their suspect.

Dillon had a BAC level twice the legal limit when finally pulled over. He was arrested with intoxicated driving and felony aggravated unlicensed operation - His license had been previously suspended from a prior DWI arrest. That, on top of the fact that Dillon had warrants out for his arrest in Glens Falls.

To top is all off, the car Dillon was driving was not registered, insured or inspected and the license plates were registered to a different vehicle altogether.
