Yesterday was the 20 year anniversary of David Cross & Bob Odenkirk's "Mr. Show with Bob and David," the HBO sketch comedy show premiered on 11/03/1995, and on 11/13/2015, Bob & David's brand of sketch comedy returns, as a Netflix exclusive: "W/ Bob & David."

"Mr. Show with Bob and David" is considered to be a cult sketch show, that a bunch of nerds watched in the 1990's, so I guess I am a nerd, because in 1995 I saw my first Bob & David sketch.

I have watched every episode, and have been watching those same episodes for the past 20 years, and they keep getting funnier, every time I see them, and every time I watch the old episodes I am reminded of all the big names that got their start on "Mr. Show."

Jack Black, Kyle Gas, John Ennis, Sarah Silverman and the voice of Sponge Bob, Tom Kenny, are all "Mr. Show" alumni.

The show featured a style of sketch comedy, that is rarely replicated, where each skit flowed into the next, every skit was over-the-top, and full of zany, off-beat, hilarity.

I consider "Mr. Show with Bob & David" to be one of my major influences, if you have ever seen any of my videos, you may notice a similar level of bizarreness.

Here is one of my favorite "Mr. Show" skits, that will prove my point about the show's content.

If you're a fan of "Mr. Show with Bob and David" or if you're just starting to get into it, mark your calendar, for 11/13/2015, when "W/ Bob and David" premiers on Netflix.
