Need A Note To Take Monday Off After The Arena Bowl? Coach Has You Covered!

I've been saying for years that after big events on a Sunday night, Monday should be a national holiday. You know what I'm talking about, like that one big national game usually in February? Everyone shows up for work (if they show up at all) bleary eyed, talking about the event last night and nobody get any work done....just give us the day off to recover! Unfortunately, my brilliant idea hasn't caught on.

This Sunday night at 8 pm we have our very own local version of this. The Albany Empire plays, and hopefully wins, the Arena Bowl  at the Times Union Center. It's gonna be a wild, late-night party especially when they win.

So after a late night celebrating nobody wants to show up for work Monday and that's where Albany Empire Head Coach Rob Keefe has you covered with a note you can give to your boss. It's posted to the Albany Empire Facebook page so print it out or just tag your boss...I'm sure it will work out fine.
