Now that the 2024 NFL season is over and the New York Giants had a less than stellar year, what's going to happen to head coach Brain Daboll?

If you ask fans of the New York Giants how this season went you're probably going to be met with grunt, groans and a series of sighs. 2024 has come to a close and the G-Men finish the season a very disappointing 3-14.

That losing record comes off of a 6-11 2023 season where they had the red hot Tommy DeVito as QB after Daniel Jones went down with a torn ACL in week 9. Many thought that DeVito may get to see more playing time in 2024, but that did not happen, and the playing time that he did get was not great in just a few games played.

So what's next for the New York Giants? They released the following statement today about the future of both head coach Brian Daboll and GM Joe Shoen.

That message from John Mara may not sit well with many Giant fans as they seem to have lost faith in the organization. Many replied to this post on X voicing their disappointment in the team for not moving on to greener pastures.

Such an amazing process you had with these guys convince you they are the right people to turn this garbage around. Took all of 15 minutes of convincing.

It's not a bad thing when management decides to stick with their guy, and the New York Giants have always been the type of team to stick with it even when it's not working. Hopefully things pan out for them in 2025 or that could be the last wee see of both Daboll and Shoen.
