New York State Police Recover Rifle Found On the Side Of The Road, Search for Owner

On Sunday November 3rd at approximately 1pm, according to the New York State Police Facebook page, a rifle was found on the side of the road near a residence of 520 Five Mile Line Road in Lisbon, New York.

The individual that discovered the rifle brought it to New York State Police in Ogdensburg, NY. Now Troopers are hoping to locate the owner of the rifle. Again, if you have any information please call 315-379-0012. Here is a picture of the rifle.

The rifle that was found along the roadside is a .450 Caliber Ruger American Ranch long rifle with the serial number 690118219.
