According to a post on the New York State Police Facebook page, these individuals are wanted in connection to the theft of $104,000. The money was taken between Saturday September 9th and Sunday September 10th via several separate withdrawals from Virtual Teller Machines.

Tidal Commerce reports that Virtual Teller Machines (VTM) are basically an ATM with live video chat. The customer, or in this case the thief, connects with a live operator who functions like any bank teller would. Customers with proper Id can withdrawal cash, get money orders and transfer funs to name a few.
