Disney Characters Paired With All 32 NFL Teams This Season

Which Disney character best fits your favorite National Football League (NFL) team? The NFL now has a collaboration with Disney, Champion, and Fanatics for a first-of-its-kind pairing of your favorite characters with your favorite teams.

Captain Hook, Tigger, Stinky Pete, Thor, Chewbacca, and Captain America are some of the characters being used with this collaboration. Which character do you think fits the Buffalo Bills, New York Jets, and the New York Giants?

This marks the first time all 32 NFL teams have paired with iconic Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars characters through storytelling-led design rooted in team identity, fandom and culture. Here are some examples:

Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Captain Hook
Green Bay Packers - Chewbacca
San Francisco 49's - Stinky Pete
New England Patriots - Captain America
Cincinnati Bengals - Tigger

The New York Jets have Buzz Lightyear as their team character. My first guess was The Jetsons but I don't think that is Disney. Buzz Lightyear is a great partner for the J-E-T-S Jets, Jets, Jets.

Let's stay in the same New Jersey stadium and reveal the team character for the New York Giants. Horace Horsecollar would have been a good choice, as would Hercules or Genie, but Big Blue gets Wreck-It Ralph.

The Buffalo Bills are teamed up with The Beast from Beauty and the Beast. Beast is a combination of the mane of a lion, the tusks of a wild boar, the brow of a gorilla, the legs and tail of a wolf, the body of a bear, and the head and beard of a buffalo.
