NY, NJ, Conn To Close Bars, Restaurants, Gyms, Movie Theaters And Casinos

I think we all saw this coming. Today Governor Cuomo announced that as of Monday night at 8 pm all bars, restaurants, gyms, movie theaters, casinos will be closed until further notice.

Bars and restaurants will be allowed to continue to operate for takeout and delivery only. In addition, the state will issue a waiver for carry-out alcohol.

Grocery stores and pharmacies will remain OPEN.

This new rule is going into effect for New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut as the governors in these state work to limit exposure and the spread of the coronavirus.
