Remember back in the early 2000s, when you could look out on the streets and see giant cans of Red Bull driving around the Capital Region.

Did you ever notice that the trucks were driving on the streets and not flying around on wings fueled by the very product they were carrying?

In the legal sense, Red Bull can't give you wings. If you've been drinking it since 2002 hoping to sprout some wings, then you have been misled, allegedly.

Red Bull has settled out of court to pay $13 million to American consumers for 'deceptive and fraudulent' advertising. So if you bought a Red Bull between January 1, 2002 and October 3, 2014, they owe you either $10 cash, or $15 worth of Red Bull products, which just to reiterate, will not give you wings.

There's no proof of purchase necessary either. Just complete this claim form by March 2, 2015 and you're good to go.
