It looks as if there will be more apartments built in Saratoga Springs. Well, that's if one developer gets its way. They are eyeing an old brewery to put up a four-story apartment complex.

What Brewery Will Be Demolished?

Olde Saratoga Brewery in the northeast corner of Saratoga Springs closed permanently in January of 2018. The brewery was open for twenty years and shut down after its parent company, Mendocino Brewing of California had financial troubles. There was an attempt for a Manhattan brewer to take over Olde Saratoga but couldn't get the money together.

What Do They Want to Do With The Space?

The hope is to purchase the land and then Conifer Realty wants to demolish the Olde Saratoga Brewery. Then they hope to build an apartment complex. They hope to construct two buildings with one hundred and two apartments. Plans have been filed with Saratoga according to Albany Business Review. The North Spring Run project could also include fifty-seven one-bedroom and thirty-three two-bedroom apartments. There would also be a dozen three-bedroom apartments. There needs to be site plan approval and a zoning variance before the project can move forward.

Jaw-Dropping Saratoga Lake Mansion With Waterfall & Wine Cellar

This stunning mansion has been on the market for a while and now the price has been reduced. It was $8.9 million and now a cool $7 million. When looking through the pictures of this gorgeous mansion my jaw was on the floor. There is so much attention to detail and elegance throughout this home. It sits on 15 acres with breathtaking views of Saratoga Lake. Check out the outdoor patio complete with a pool house that actually I would be happy calling my home. There is a built-in barbeque and the pool has a beautiful stone waterfall!
