A Saratoga man has been found guilty of breaking into homes to watch people sleep.

According to The Daily Gazette, 32 year old Ramiz Hajratelli faces prison time for breaking into two Saratoga homes last summer and watching the occupants sleep. He was found guilty Tuesday of two felony counts of second-degree burglary and and two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief. In one incident back in July, Hajratelli broke into a Caroline Street home and watched a female occupant sleep until she woke up and yelled at him. In the other incident, a fight broke out at Jumel Place after a male woke up to find Hajartelli standing in his room staring at him. He was arrested after both incidents and sent to Saratoga County Jail where he posted bail each time ($10,000 the first time, $2,000 the second). The verdict in the case was released nearly three weeks after the trial began back on Feb. 7. Ramiz Hajratelli faces up to 15 years in prison.

Definitely a weird story out of the Capital Region area. Do you think that up to 15 years in prison is a fair sentence for this Saratoga creeper? Sure seems like there are some mental health issues going on here with this individual.
