Boy are they making it easier and cheaper to head to the beach this summer!

If the cold this week has got you looking forward to summer and you have been thinking about heading to the beach for a few days it appears that you will have a new more time and cost efficient option this summer.

Allegiant  Airlines has announced nonstop service from Albany International Airport to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina beginning June 5, 2019. According to CBS 6 introductory fares are supposed to as low as $49 each way on the new route.

Alliegiant has plans to offer the new route twice weekly so if you want to hop a plane for a long weekend of a few days mid week this summer go ahead and put in those time off requests because at those fares you may a coupe of trips to the beach could be feasible this year.
