Albany Man Faces Up-To 20 Years For Child Porn
A 63-Albany area man is facing 5-20 years in prison after admitting to distributing child porn via a peer-to-peer file sharing program.
Charges were filed against Paul Scrom after an investigation led cops to his home back in 2013, where they found images and videos showing kids performing sexual acts.
Along with his 5-20 year possible prison term, Scrom, if he ever makes it out of the clink, will have to undergo life-long supervised release, a possible $250,000 fine and will have to register as a sexual offender. Scrom finds out his fate, October 14th.
At 63-years-old, Mr. Scrom should never be let out. Toss that key away! Assuming Scrom only receives five years, our hard earned tax dollars will be spent babysitting this subhuman. Then again, if he stays locked up we'll have to support him. Lose, lose!
We, as a society need to figure out what makes people do this and figure it out quick. End of story!
