It seems as though the Albany area has become a landing spot for dead bodies. Another body has been discovered outside of Albany, and this time foul play may be involved. A dead body was discovered in an apartment in the small town of Westerlo, NY. The hilltown community is located in the Helderberg Moutains, just 40 minutes south of Albany.

Police say that the death is considered to be suspicious, and are currently obtaining a warrant to search the apartment, located right in the middle of town above P&L Deli.

While no names have been released, the man is said to have lived with his mother in the apartment, and she is currently at the Albany County Sheriffs office. No word as to whether or not she is a suspect or not.
