According to Extreme Weather Watch, the Capital Region weather for Halloween 2024 was amazing with a record-high daytime temperature of 74 degrees. That was much better than the record-low daytime temperature of 40 degrees in 2020.

On average the daytime high for the Capital Region on Halloween is 54 degrees with an average low of 36 degrees. So, what can we expect this Halloween around Albany, Schenectady, Troy and beyond?

This year Halloween falls on a Friday, which is a good night for trick-or-treating but what do the experts say about the weather?
