CoreLife Eatery to Open 6 Capital Region Locations Over Next 2 Years
Three of which are already in the works and should be opening within the next year.
CoreLife Eatery is a fairly new fast/casual dining restaurant that started a few years back in Syracuse and aims to offer their customers a healthier sort of fast food option.
The restaurant serves up a nice variety of salads, grain bowls, and bone broths. And as an added bonus all theie food contains no GMOs, trans fats, artificial colors, sweeteners and other artificial additives. I know it may sound like some tasteless hippie food but it' actually pretty tasty and you have the option to go vegetarian or pick your protein. It's really more like clean eating which is definitely a nice change of pace from all the greasy processed food that tends to be a way to convenient of an option to stop and grab a bite.
According to the Albany Business Review CoreLife Eatery has a plan to open 6 locations in the Capital Region over the next two years. The first of which is set to open in the Hannaford Shopping Center in Clifton Park as well as in Latham as part of the new Latham Farms expansion. The restaurant is also looking to put a location on either Wolf Rd. or Western Ave. in Albany, North Greenbush, and in Wilton.
