Do You Recognize This Celebrity?

Yesterday People Magazine put up a photo of an artist from the 1990's that use to have a trademark look.  Now though, it looks like she doesn't care what she looks like.  Do you recognize who it is?  It will be revealed after the jump.

That is correct, it's Sinead O'Connor.  Can you believe it?  What happened to her?  That photo was taken of her on stage in her homeland of Ireland supporting raggae artist Natty Wailer.  I know that she became some sort of ordained minister in some crazy off shoot of the Catholic Church (which I thought she hated) but is that their uniform?  I actually would prefer the shaved head to that weirdo hair she is sporting now.  Obviously the only thing she is protesting now is looking good in public.
