Well apparently there is still more coming out about the whole Woodstock 50 saga, even though August is coming to an end.  Including information about possible surprise headlining acts and drug preparedness.

In a post by newyorkupstate.com, information is discussed that was supposedly revealed by internal documents obtained (and posted about) by Vice.  This includes a headlining set that was never announced, and a massive budget for Narcan.  So let's take a quick look at what never was.

According to Vice, the festival looked at Kings of Leon, The Black Crowes, Beck, or Kacey Musgraves as a possible headliner.  Also, there's a whole list/flyer up at Vice of prohibited items of the festival-that-never-was, including skateboards, scooters, drones, signs, coolers, seating devices/chairs, and more.  It also looks like $28,000 was purchased in Narcan to prepare for the festival, due to overdose concerns in New York.  Whatever was unused was going to be donated to local law enforcement.  Pretty wild to look at the things that never came to pass- you can read more about it here.
