A man was arrested after allegedly driving his Jeep through a pizzeria’s sign that displayed a message referencing a rival pizza joint. You want some extra glass shards on that pie?  Of course you can check out Albany's version of Pizza Wars on Thursday.

According to officials, Ryan Fleckenstein demolished a sign outside of Vito’s Avenue Pizza in Buffalo, New York. Fleckenstein is the son of the former owners of Pizza Junction, a restaurant which was sold and reopened as Vito’s.

Fleckenstein apparently became enraged after reading the sign, which boldly proclaimed that Vito’s was now selling “Junction-style pizza.” He has pleaded not guilty to reckless endangerment and criminal mischief charges, but, as you’ll note in the damning security video above, this might be a hard rap to beat.
