
New York State Police Seek Your Help Identifying Suspect Accused of Unwanted Sexual Touching
The crime of forcible touching in New York State is described as the intentional act, for no legitimate purpose, of forcibly touching the sexual or intimate parts of another person for the purpose of degrading or abusing such person, or for sexual gratification.
New York State Police are looking to identify an individual accused of "unwanted sexual touching" at local Walmart and Target locations. Take a look at the pictures below to see if you recognize the suspect.

New York State Police Troop F are seeking the publics help in identifying the male seen in the pictures below. On several occasions this individual allegedly targeted female customers and initiated unwanted physical contact that is in a sexual nature.
These incidents took place in Orange County New York at area department stores such as Walmart and Target. If encountered or you have information, please contact State Police Monroe at 845-782-8311, Investigator Jennifer Peters at 845-801-4189 or Investigator Robert Baird at 845-645-8860.
The law offices of Attorney Lance Fletcher indicates that the crime of forcible touching in New York State is punishable by up to 364 days in jail, and, if the victim was a minor or if there is a prior sex offense conviction, sex offender registration would be required. Other penalties could include:
- Probation for 6 years
- $1,000 fine per misdemeanor
- Permanent criminal record
- Immigration consequences
