On Monday January 29th, according to a New York State Police Facebook post, surveillance cameras captured a few images of a female customer allegedly committing larceny at the Home Depot location in Union, NY.

The crime of larceny in the State of New York is generally defined as stealing property with the intent to deprive someone of that property.

As you can see in the photo, the suspect is carrying paper towels and it is unlikely that is the stolen item in question. In this second photo there are additional items in her possession.
