All of us here in the Capital Region are picking her to win, and now gambling sites are jumping on the bandwagon.

If you polled fans of Cohoes resident Madison VanDenburg, they will say odds do not matter and that she will win the singing competition this year. While wagering sites do not have a local rooting interest, they are saying she is the odds on favorite to win it all!

AS reported by the Times Union, Bookmaker is saying Madison is the odds on favorite to win Idol at 9-4. Laine Hardy is the website's second favorite at 3-1. I know sometimes we can be skeptical with odds like this, but these websites make their living off getting picks like this right, so I am sure a certain level of research and watching the trends of the show went into getting these odds together!
