Dogs are considered man's best friend. Big guys, little pups and every wet slobbering size in-between loves us unconditionally. They are there to greet us with excitement every time we return home and, better yet, the feeling we have taking them with us on our next adventure.

If you have a dog, and even if you don't, this story will tug at your heartstrings. New York State Police Troop L are seeking information after finding a dog tied to a light post on the Southern State Parkway. Here's what we know so far.
