If you're a native to the Capital Region there is a good chance you've enjoyed a fish fry from this amazing fish fry spot!

There are many great restaurants that are beloved by those who live in our area. I know that for me this one will always be one of my favorites. I can't believe that it's been 75 years since they officially opened for business.

I am of course talking about Ted's Fish Fry. They first opened their doors in 1949 in Watervliet and are still going strong all these years later with locations all around the Capital Region where folks can get their famous fish fry.

As a way of thanking everyone for 75 years in business they're doing a Tour De Ted's this July. That means you'll be able to get some of that Ted's fish for .75 cents.

Between July 8th and July 14th is when this .75 cent special is running. It all starts on 7/8 at their Watervliet location and culminates with a big anniversary party at their Western Ave location in Albany.

There are a few rules that apply to this promotion.

  • Limit one 75 cent fish fry per customer
  • Must be present in store to redeem
  • Not valid with any other coupons
  • Not accepting call in orders
  • Full menu will be available
  • Normal business hours will remain at all locations

Here is the full list of the locations and what days they will be participating in this celebration.

  • Monday July 8: 447 3rd Ave, Watervliet
  • *Tuesday July 9: 350 2nd Ave, North Troy (This will be Ted's food truck, limited menu, 12pm-7pm)
  • Wednesday July 10: 700 Hoosick Road, Troy
  • Thursday July 11: 636A New Loudon Road, Latham
  • Friday July 12: 203 Wolf Road, Albany
  • Saturday July 13: 1663 US 9, Halfmoon
  • Sunday July 14: 1186 Western Ave, Albany
