Ticonderoga Star Trek Exhibit Expands to the Next Generation

The Ticonderoga Star Trek attraction is expanding- to accommodate the Next Generation!

Right now, you can visit and tour the set of "Star Trek" the Original Series in Ticonderoga.  I've written about this attraction before, as I just think it's so cool that this is even a thing around here.  Throw in visits from stars like William Shatner and even from the new movies, and my inner Trekkie starts to geek out.

According to the The Post Star, the attraction is going to be expanding.  A building located next door to the current attraction will be used to focus on "Star Trek: The Next Generation".  It's going to take a while to get up and running, as the building needs some work and has been abandoned for years.  Hopefully, the Post Star reports, the "Next Generation" attraction will be ready to go in 12-18 months.
