The capacity at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) amphitheater is approximately 25,000. This past weekend it is estimated that, over a 2 day period, well over 50,000 deadheads and concertgoers alike made their way to the Spa City to be a part of the Dead & Co. experience.

One Capital Region resident in particular got out of hand and ended up damaging several vehicles in the parking lot before being arrested. Here's what happened.

On Saturday June 18, 2023, New York State Police state that Troopers were called to Saratoga Spa State Park at approximately 10pm with reports of an individual damaging parked cars near North South Road. Following an investigation it was determined that the suspect damaged 18 different vehicles by climbing on them, standing up and jumping on each.

New York State Police teamed up with Park Police to arrest 24-year-old Scott M. Bullard of Ballston, NY. Bullard was charged with 18 counts of Criminal Mischief in the 3rd degree.

This next individual was cleared of any involvement with crimes mentioned above. Initially it appeared that this guy was lost something in the grass but it turns out this gentleman was simply getting some exercise in while visiting Saratoga Performing Arts Center on Saturday.
