The driver allegedly responsible for the deadly July 4th thruway accident that claimed the lives of 23-year-old Cody Veverka and 24-year-old Alica Tamboia was charged with multiple felonies Tuesday in Guilderland Town Court. 

Tyler Pascuzzi, who has just been released from Albany Medical Center, was charged with felony aggravated vehicular homicide, first degree felony vehicular manslaughter, second degree felony manslaughter, DWI and reckless driving.
