Who is Duncan Lou Who? He's a boxer missing his two hind legs who manages to get around better than most fully-equipped dogs out there.

And he's adorable.

Duncan does have a special wheelchair, but apparently doesn't use it too often.

The dog is actually pretty fast without it. So, we're gonna classify this as uplifting.
