Giants Hakeem Nicks To Make Stop In Albany For CFDS Telethon

We learned earlier this week the Yankees pitcher Joba Chamberlain will be here this weekend to help with the Center For Disability Services telethon, and now it's just been dropped on us that giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks will be joining him. 

Fresh off a big win in San Francisco sending the G-Men to the Super Bowl, Hakeem Nicks has decided to take time out of his busy schedule to stop here in Albany for the Center For Disability Services telethon January 29th.

Nicks will be with Joba Chamberlain signing autographs from noon until 3pm, and the word from the people at the telethon is expect long lines.  It will be $25 an autograph, and with the lines be prepared and get there early.

The telethon will feature personalities from our sister station and will be broadcast on FOX 23 from the Holiday Inn on Wolf Rd.  For more information check out the telethons website.
