New York State Police Seek Your Help, Do You Know These Individuals?
New York State Police are asking for help identifying 2 individuals that allegedly stole more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from an Upstate New York Walmart recently. Should you know either one, or both, of these suspects you are asked to call 607-561-7400 and reference case 11539096.
According to Gitnux, Walmart stores lose approximately $3 billion in products to theft each year. Here's an example of the Walmart problem locally. When you consider 100% of the theft in the town of East Greenbush, NY, 30% of that took place at Walmart and Sam's Club alone.
As we focus on case 11539096, New York State Police are looking for one male and one female suspect that are being accused of stealing more than $1,100 worth of merchandise from the Walmart Supercenter on State Highway 23 in Oneonta.
According to the New York State Police Facebook page, these two individuals entered Walmart Supercenter on Thursday July 27, 2023. At approximately 12 noon the pair left the store through a closed checkout aisle before driving away in a dark colored sedan.
