New York Man Hits Another Man With Snowplow Following Argument
An argument during a recent snow storm lead to one New York man hitting another New York man with a snowplow.
Have you ever spent back-breaking time shoveling your driveway to clear the snow only to have the town truck come by and push more snow right back into the mouth of your driveway? Frustrating, yes. I might even shake my fist at the truck as it continues down the road. In this case one man did more than shake his fist.

On Wednesday January 7th, in the late afternoon, New York State Police responded to a report of a person possibly struck by a plow attached to a truck in the town of Oswegatchie.

New York State Troopers determined that one suspect was operating a 2020 Chevrolet pickup truck equipped with a plow and was snowplowing the roadway of a trailer park. Another individual was shoveling snow at the same time. The pair became involved in a verbal argument, which resulted in the truck driver pulling away and striking the victim with the plow.
State Police charged 67-year-old William L. Morley of Ogdensburg, NY with Reckless Endangerment in the second degree. The victim was transported to Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center, where they were treated and released.
During the investigation, the victim provided State Police with security camera footage of the incident, which led to Morley’s arrest. Morley was transported to State Police Ogdensburg for processing and was later released on an appearance ticket.
